Look into their eyes

Since I was a kid I have always loved animals. There is something so kind and innocent in the eyes of an animal, you just can't help but love them. As I got older and realized that a part of my daily routine was to eat these friends of mine, and in doing so I was, in many ways, contributing to their cruel treatment, I decided to choose a plant based diet. Of course, that comes with it's own challenges but when I think about looking into an animals eyes, it's all worth it.
