Cheese!! - We have several kinds that we use because some are easier to find then others.

Good Planet makes A LOT of great 'Cheese' products.

All similar in price - $3.99 and around 90 Calories per serving

James and I both like Follow Your Heart but it is more difficult to find here in Connecticut.  My second choice is Go Veggie(you have to see the VEGAN on the label as they also make other products) and Jame likes Daiya.  1 Ounce=3 WW Points

So Delicious is harder to find but they do have it at Wholefoods and it is SOOOO Delicious!

Sliced Cheese- Follow Your Heart and Go Veggie are the best and easiest to find.

Most markets.  $3.00-4.00.  Around 70 calories.  1 slice= 3 WW points

Milk!!-Almond milk is pretty common in most grocery stores.

We prefer the Original, but there are flavors like Vanilla and Chocolate too!

Egg Substitute

In recipes that call for Egg-

​

  • One Tablespoon of seed(either chia or flax)

  • Two Tablespoons of water

  • Stir until gooey.

Sour Cream- Love this sour cream!

Tofutti Dairyfree Sour Cream- Approx. $3.99

85 Calories for 2 Tablespoons

Ice Cream!

There are many vegan ice cream choices out there now.  Even Bryer's has added a vegan choice(I have not tried it yet, so if you have, let me know!). 

I keep the So Delicious mini ice cream sandwiches in my freezer, just enough for my fix!
