5 Uhart students traveled to Lithuania with Dr. Susan Cardillo(DMJ), Dr. Richard Freund(Judaic Studies) and Dr. Harry Jol(who brought along 5 students from the University of Wisconsin).

The students worked along side scientists, archeologists and scholars to create a documentary about a young college student and poet named Matilda Olkin. Matilda was murder in Lithuania in 1942 for being Jewish.
